Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations, substitutions, and other changes may be made online until May 13, 2019 at 11:59PM EST. To cancel or make a change after that date, please send email to conferences-www@mit.edu. Requests for refunds received prior to May 13, 2019 at 11:59PM EST will be granted less a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the paid registration. No refunds will be given after that date.
