CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Cancellations and other changes may be made online until June 9, 2024 at 11:59PM EDT. To cancel or make a change after that date, please email [email protected]. Refunds for forum cancellations received in writing by June 9, 2024 at 11:59PM EDT will be granted less a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the paid registration. No refunds will be given after June 9. No refunds will be given for portions of a single registration not being used. All refunds will be made in US dollars and processed in the manner in which the original payment was submitted, with the possible exception of wire payments which, at the organizers’ discretion, may be refunded via check. Credit card refunds will be issued to the card that was used to make the payment.
Group discount available to 3+ registrants from the same company/institution only. Current ID from your company/institution will be required at check-in when you have been registered at the group rate. If a current ID cannot be presented, General Admission rates apply. Group discount can only be applied at the time of registration and cannot be applied to previously submitted registrations.
