Alberto Bounous |
Alberto is currently managing a 31.4Ha mixed use development on the Jabi Lake front in the Nigerian capital city of Abuja.
He has more than twenty years’ experience in international real estate. In 2013, he set up roquebruneconsulting, a boutique advisory firm to provide a bespoke property development service for the needs of corporates, real estate companies, family offices and individuals. Prior to establishing roquebruneconsulting, Alberto spent eight years at Morgan Stanley as a VP responsible for Corporate Real Estate capital expenditure across the EMEA region with a yearly budget in excess of US$100M. Previously Alberto worked for both the London and Milan office of global engineering firm ARUP responsible for the project and design management of large infrastructural and commercial projects across Europe including the Foster / ARUP design of the High Speed Railway Station in Florence (€800M) and technical consulting for Deutsche Bank, Equinix and Hines. Before joining ARUP Alberto worked on real estate development projects in India and Malaysia with boutique real estate development company Urbacon / Studio U+A (London / New Delhi) and with renowned architectural firm TR Hamzah and Yeang (Kuala Lumpur). Alberto is a qualified architect both in the UK and in Italy and a Member of the British Association of Project Managers. He graduated from the Turin School of Architecture in 1994 and was awarded scholarships to attend postgraduate courses at the Bartlett School of Architecture (London UCL) and Universidad de Las Palmas (Spain).
