*Due to the high costs of providing a livestream option for this event, there are very few instances for discounts on registration.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Cancellations and other changes may be made online until June 9, 2024 at 11:59PM EDT. To cancel or make a change after that date, please email [email protected]. Refunds for forum cancellations received in writing by June 9, 2024 at 11:59PM EDT will be granted less a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the paid registration. No refunds will be given after June 9. No refunds will be given for portions of a single registration not being used. Requests for registration changes from in-person to virtual attendance are allowable up until June 9 only. No refunds will be given for fee differences for registrations changed from in-person to virtual attendance. All refunds will be made in US dollars and processed in the manner in which the original payment was submitted, with the possible exception of wire payments which, at the organizers’ discretion, may be refunded via check. Credit card refunds will be issued to the card that was used to make the payment.
