Changfeng Ling

Mr. Ling Chang Feng has spent his career with Hongkong Land since 2003. He first joined Beijing Premium Real Estate Limited as Assistant of Deputy Director.
 
In 2005 he joined Hongkong Land and has held a series of increasingly senior positions in the department of Residential Property, China. Mr. Ling also held a number of management appointments with project companies in Chongqing that invested by Hongkong Land. In these roles, he gained extensive property development and management experience. In June 2015, he was appointed as Head of Residential Property, China. Mr. Ling Chang Feng as Executive Director responsible for China Property effective from 1st April 2017. His current responsibilities focus on identifying and managing all residential & mix-used property investments in China. Mr. Ling also plays an active role in business community, and he is Chairman of Jardine Sports Association Southwest Branch.
 
Mr. Ling graduated from Tsinghua University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science Degree in Management Science and Engineering. He also acquired a senior Master of Business Administration Degree from the China Europe International Business School.
