Claude Lavigne

Claude Lavigne is responsible for seeking out, negotiating & executing investment opportunities in targeted growth markets focusing on India. He also contributes to the growth and development of the Company in Asia & LatAm, ensuring the proper implementation of Ivanhoé Cambridge’s strategy in growth markets. Mr. Lavigne has worked in the RE industry for over 25 years, gaining experience in all asset classes and in various specialties (valuation, AM & investment). He began his career in 1992 with Lecours, Poulin & Associés, and joined Ivanhoé Cambridge in 1996 as a chartered appraiser. He has held several positions in the company including Director, Investments; VP, Investments within the hospitality team, and Senior VP, Growth Markets.
