Frank J. Muhlon is a commercial real estate and technology executive with over 20 years of investment, financial, strategic planning, operational, and advisory experience involving over $15 billion of asset value.
As Head of Transactions for CrediFi, Frank oversees all activities pertaining to the company’s cloud-based, data driven commercial real estate finance marketplace called CredifX. The platform, which connects borrowers and brokers with lenders on loans of $1 million and up across all property major types nationally, was launched as a new product from and powered by CrediFi, the cloud-based commercial real estate loan and property data platform that covers $13 trillion in securitized and non-securitized commercial real estate debt in the U.S. and enables visibility into both deal origination and risk oversight. Before joining CrediFi, Frank served as Vice President of Northeast Region business operations for Ten-X (the commercial division of Auction.com), the online commercial real estate property trading platform that has closed over $40 billion in transactions since its inception. There he led and managed strategic planning and business development efforts for the region while helping drive product development and data analytics. Prior to Ten-X, Frank served as Director of Strategy and Operations at a real estate management SaaS serving Fortune 500 companies, Vice President within the Real Estate and Hospitality Group focused on middle market investment banking services at Orix USA/Houlihan Lokey, and key real estate investment roles at Silverstein Properties and Trammell Crow Company. Frank received his M.S. Real Estate Finance from New York University and his B.S. Finance from Rutgers University. |
