Jerome Yuan

Jerome Yuan is Chief Investment Officer for ASAP International Holdings based in Los Angeles, CA. With Jerome’s help, ASAP has become a leading investment platform with combined experience of investing in real estate and operating companies. ASAP has made over 30 real estate investments across 10 states in transactions worth approximately $1 Billion. Through our deep in-house experience and strong relationships, we have delivered a long track record of attractive risk-adjusted returns.
 
Jerome has personally led investment for real estate private equity deals worth $1 Billion and the sold $200 Million worth giving investors a return on their capital understanding the importance of the full cycle.
 
Prior to his current role as Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Fund Manager, Mr. Yuan began his career with publicly listed Cyber Merchants Exchange Inc, which is an international business-to-business internet portal for U.S. domestic retailers looking to purchase overseas products directly from factories. With the assistance of Mr. Yuan, Cyber Merchants Exchange has had the distinction for Forbes Magazine “Best of the Internet” award twice and Deloitte & Touche “Fast 50” company listing in Los Angeles at 3rd place as well as ranking in top 100 “Fast 500” companies in all of the U.S.
 
Mr. Yuan was the Vice President of IBMC China AG which listed onto the open market segment of the Deutsche Borse in Frankfurt Germany on February 2008.  With the active participation from Mr. Yuan, IBMC China opened 28 retail stores for international brands throughout China in cities such as Shanghai, Wuxi, Suzhou, and Chong Qing.
 
Mr. Yuan received Master of Business Administration at University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business and Bachelor of Arts in Economics at University of California at Los Angeles.
