Rosemary Feenan

A former urban planner and market strategist, Rosemary is an International Director at JLL where she runs the firm’s Global Research Programmes.
 
Over the last 10 years Rosemary has built JLL’s flagship “Cities Research” programme, with a special focus on the impact of urbanisation on city futures. She uses the work with leading corporates, developers and investors on their global strategies and expansion plans. 
 
Rosemary is a Trustee of both the Urban Land Institute and the UK’s Centre for Cities and sits on the World Economic Forum’s ‘Future Cities’ Council. She also serves on various advisory committees including the European Commission’s Sharing Cities Programme.
